Privacy

This site has no cookies, trackers or analytics. Here is exactly what happens to your information.

The contact form

If you use the form on the Contact page, your browser sends these details to Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), a third-party form service, which passes them to our email inbox:

  • your name
  • your role
  • your institution and department
  • your email address
  • what you are interested in
  • your message

As with any web request, Web3Forms also receives technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Their handling of data is covered by their own terms and privacy policy, available at web3forms.com.

We use your details only to reply to your request. If the form cannot send, or is set up to use email instead, your own email app sends the message and nothing passes through Web3Forms.

The Stroop demonstration

Your answers and reaction times stay in your browser while the page is open. They are not stored or sent anywhere, and they are gone when you leave or reload the page.

Cookies, trackers and analytics

We set no cookies, and we use no trackers, advertising or analytics. Fonts and scripts load from this site, not from outside services.

Website hosting

Like any website, this one runs on a hosting service, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
